See what is included ↓Anyone can buy the model. This is the part they cannot buy.
A ministry procuring AI for teachers is not short of models — the labs will sell directly, and cheaply. What is missing is everything between the model and the classroom: Arabic that was authored rather than translated, output anchored to your own curriculum, controls a teacher cannot talk their way past, and evidence that all of it happened. That is the engagement.
Two numbers we will put in the contract
Most platforms commit to uptime, because uptime is the only thing they measure. We would rather commit to whether your teachers actually use it.
Both are measured per campus, in your own dashboard, from data you can export. If adoption misses, the agreement carries a remedy — a licence nobody uses is not a service we should be paid for. No model vendor will sign that, because none of them can see it.
Reported alongside, not contracted: generations per active teacher, the share of output carrying curriculum objective codes, and teacher satisfaction from the thumbs teachers give their own results.
On uptime. We check availability every fifteen minutes and publish the result, including the failures, at our status page. We would rather show you the number than quote one.

Built, not roadmap
Everything in this list is running in the product today. We have marked nothing here as coming soon, because a procurement should not have to take that on faith.
- Provider independence. Five AI providers behind one governed chain, with automatic failover. If one changes its terms, your ministry does not re-procure.
- Twelve governance controls, and eight guarantees you cannot weaken. Six of the twelve are applied by the server to every single generation — rules a teacher cannot get around by rephrasing the request, not guidance in a policy document. The other six govern workspace access and data lifecycle.
- An inspection document generated from your live settings. Not written by hand, so it cannot drift from what the system is actually doing.
- A complete audit trail. Every generation records the prompt version, the model, the provider, the response time and the curriculum objective codes it was anchored to.
- Qatar's mandated private-school subjects as a first-class framework.Arabic, Islamic Studies and Qatar History across grades 1–12, alongside the national curricula of Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, the US and the IB.
- Arabic authored, never translated. Every string in the product and on this site was written in Arabic by a native speaker, not passed through a model.
- No student rosters stored, and no training on your data. Ever, on any tier.
What moves a quote
Enterprise is scoped, not sized. Six things genuinely change the number, and we would rather name them here than discover them halfway through a procurement.
- Teacher count. The cost driver, and the only one that scales smoothly.
- Data residency. In-country hosting is the largest single step. We price it as the infrastructure project it is.
- Curriculum ingestion. A ministry with its own framework is engineering, not configuration.
- Support tier. A named response time with penalties attached is an insurance product, and is priced as one.
- Integration. Student information systems, learning platforms and identity are scoped per system.
- Term length. A three-year commitment earns a real step down. It turns the implementation from a risk we carry into a cost we can amortise.
